I don't see my session(s) listed on "My Dashboard".

Was the session registered for you by another person in your organization? 

> Perhaps a manager or the person in charge of training?  Since the sessions are assigned by the registrant's email address, if another person registered you, the session is under their login not yours.  If you are still unable to locate it, contact us at education@paymentsfirst.org or at 866-993-3753.

Are you using Internet Explorer?  

> There are some versions of Internet Explorer that are not compatible, we suggest either Chrome or Firefox.
